Kader Diagne is the Founder & Principal Consultant at Xpertim—an AI expert and digital transformation leader with 20+ years in applied AI and 15+ years helping organizations turn intelligent digitalization into measurable business advantage. A computer scientist specialized in AI and former Senior Software Engineer at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), he also founded and scaled a VC-funded AI startup to a niche market leader. He partners end-to-end—from strategy and use-case validation to production systems—acting as an advisor-doer focused on outcomes.
Kader brings deep expertise in innovation and platform business models, reinforced by continuous executive education from Harvard Business School, Boston University, and deeplearning.ai.
